A sophisticated spy thriller series based on the 1990 French film of the same name which bred an American remake and the USA cable show, La Femme Nikita, The CW’s adaptation follows the former assassin as she tries to expose the covert operations and destroy the mischievous plans of the corrupt organization which turned her into a slayer. After escaping from the secret government agency known only as The Division, Nikita Mears (Maggie Q, Mission: Impossible III, Live Free or Die Hard) gathered a team of loyal allies who vowed to lay the axe to the root of the tree. Helping her to take down her former employers is no other than Michael (Shane West, Once and Again, ER), a former U.S. Navy Intelligence officer and an ex-Division agent. More than that, he is the man who trained her… and the man who loves her.

Also joining the fight are Alexandra “Alex” Udinov (Lyndsy Fonseca, How I Met Your Mother, Desperate Housewives), a former sex slave and drug addict who was rescued and trained by Nikita, Seymour Birkhoff (Aaron Stanford, Numb3rs, Mad Men), Division’s former tech specialist, also known as “Shadowwalker”, the elusive hacker, who is in charge of designing new gadgets and gear for Nikita’s team, Owen Elliot (Devon Sawa, The Odyssey, NCIS: Los Angeles) a former cleaner for the black operations group, who works with Nikita and partly Gogol, a Russian criminal organization, to unlock Division’s deep dark past, and Ryan Fletcher (Noah Bean, Fringe, Damages), a CIA agent and analyst whose life was saved by Nikita.

The one who makes things lively for them is Helen “Amanda” Collins (Melinda Clarke, The Vampire Diaries, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation), a psychologist, master manipulator and interrogator, who taught Nikita how to walk, talk… and how to kill.
